ULTRA 62X
CERTIFIED PERFORMANCE AT 200M USING MARES ANSTI MACHINE
Mares designed the Ultra 62X scuba diving regulator for divers who want the best control over their breathing.
Its main characteristic is that of offering the diver the possibility to control airflow, guaranteeing airflow adapted to their needs. The diver can change their airflow based on diving conditions using the Twin Power system, also when wearing thick gloves. The new finish on the first stage and its dimensions make it modern and light, placing it among top-level regulators.
Technical features:
2nd Stage
• A Twin Power System to choose between natural breathing and assisted breathing with increased airflow
• Recommended for cold water use
• A second stage made in ultralight, durable technopolymer
• A wide, pivoting purge button which is easy to use, even with thick gloves
• A lightweight Superflex hose to ensure comfort during use
• Microinjected labels for a unique look
1st Stage
• A DFC LP port for high airflow at any depth
• AST - Auto Sealing Technology for a dry first stage
• Pre-oriented LP and HP ports
• The most compact and lightweight Mares diaphragm first stage
MEETS AND EXCEEDS THE REQUIREMENTS OF NORSOK U-101 AT A DEPTH OF 200M
CERTIFIED PERFORMANCE AT 200 M, PROVEN TECHNOLOGY AT 400M
TECHNOLOGY:
- Ultralight Technopolymer
Abrasion resistant and affordable, ideal for diving in warm and moderate water temperatures.
- DFC - Dynamic Flow Control
Minimizes intermediate pressure drop during inhalation thus maximizing gas delivery, especially under extreme conditions.
- ACT Valve - Advanced Coating Technology
Advanced Coating Technology
The new valve in the “X” systems increases durability by an astounding 600%, even under the most extreme conditions.
- Twin Power
New, flow control manages the delivery rate of your gas, from natural breathing to power breathing. The former is the traditional way of breathing a Mares regulator, (VAD) while the latter (VAD+) provides an extra push when you need it.
- VAD - Vortex Assisted Design
The air bypass tube delivers air to the mouthpiece creating a swirling vortex with a low pressure area in the center that keeps the diaphragm down during inhalation, for very sensitive and easy breathing at all depths.
- Superflex Hose
Extreme light weight and exceptional softness guarantee the maximum freedom of movement.
